Refund policy

Returns:
We are sure you will love the Steel Furniture goodies you’ve brought into your life, but if for some reason you’re not completely happy we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase.Β Β 
Conditions of Return:
All products must be unused, unassembled and in the original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. Flatpack furniture is a wonderful thing (we love it!) but if the product has been fully or partially assembled, we unfortunately, are not able to accept the return of your products.
Warranty:Β 
All steel cabinet: 7 years warranty on parts, rails and locks.
All safety box, tables, chairs and other products: 1 year warranty
Damage or Defects:
Each part of our products is carefully created by passing the metal through various stages, from one pair of hands to another. From time to time there may be slight imperfections. and also we can't be careful about courier company work. If you discover an imperfection you are not happy with, please first time email us photographs or video at info@steelfurniturewarehouse.co.za or Whatsapp +27 68 028 7148. and we will do our best to fix it. Our aim will be to repaint fix and replace the part (rather than the whole product) where possible, to limit waste and to make you happy!
Refund:
For purchases made online at steelfurniturewarehouse.co.za, you will be liable in terms of section 44(2) of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (as amended from time to time) for the direct costs of returning the Goods, such as courier, swipe card and/or shipping charges etc. These costs will not be refunded to you.
Upon return of goods to us, these goods will be inspected and in instances where items are not returned to us in 100% resalable condition (due to inadequate return packaging, damaged packaging, damaged parts or lost components), we may levy reasonable fees or surcharges accordingly that will be deducted from refund due.Β This will be determined upon receipt of your return to us for assessment.
If you took advantage of a free delivery promotion and your order was delivered free of charge, you will be responsible for the initial cost of delivery as well as the cost of having the product returned to us. The cost will be the delivery charge applicable to your area, a collection fee which is also the delivery charge applicable to your area and any handling fees that may be applicable as per the above. These will be deducted from the refund.
We will arrange the collection and shipping for you and once your return is received and inspected, your refund (less any shipping costs and handing/administration of a minimum of 5%) will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
